Well we started the week by drawing the lake down for 2 days. It was really a site to see…and the water was so clear to almost the middle of the lake where we are I could see the bottom.

Tuesday and Wednesday we struggled with the new water, and were a little on the “high” side  I think we’ve settled down for now, with Table Rock hitting 917, I think we’ll be cutting back some. My understanding is now they’ll start drawing down Beaver, so Table Rock outflow should come close to the Beaver in flow. Still not generating at Powersite, I’m told is the reason for a little of our depth now.

Anyway, the fish are improving on the crawler bite. I had folks yesterday that did so much better when they switched. Still not doing a lot with lures this week…. will hope for slower ..clearer water for that.
