We’re off to a great fishing summer so far. We’ve had lots of families enjoying the Rainbow Trout on Lake Taneycomo. We’re seeing less than normal generation flows, so the water is quite calm, and you won’t have to go far to get on the trout.
Red/Gold Thomas Spoons, Gulp in Pink and White or Yellow Combination or night crawlers are what’s working best.
Hot Spots are the 65 Bridges, the power lines above Monkey Island and the drift from the bridges down to Coon Creek.
