Just a reminder that this Saturday and Sunday is Missouri Free Fishing weekend. No licenses are required for fishing on any Missouri Lake, River or Stream.

As with most holidays, we are enjoying a great week of family fishing on Lake Taneycomo. We pause this day to remember those soldiers, that gave everything, for our country. Because of them, we live in the greatest country in the world, United States of America.  Have a great Memorial Day

We’ve goten off to a great start in May !! Fishing continues to be great at several areas on Lake Taneycomo. With less water running this week, we’re doing better on the smaller stuff. 1/16oz Olive/Ginger jigs, 1/64oz Trout Magnets in Bubble Gum and Orange/Chartruese and Buoyant Spoons 1/6 oz, in Red/Gold, Gold or Copper.

We are enjoying the Spring fishing on Lake Taneycomo. Fishing has been very good from the 65 Bridges down to Bee Creek. Spring fishing has arrived !!!! We are enjoying plentiful creels of nice Trout Pictured here is Marty Smith from Michigan.. he caught this nice Rainbow on a 1/8 oz Scotty’s Jig…on his second cast. (He said Richard will be mad when he sees this !!!)
